Our Most Sustainable Pop-ins Yet! - #frombintobum
Our new 2020 Pop-in collections will be made using a new low impact fabric made from RPET (that's recycled plastic bottles to you and me!). Yep! That's right! Each Pop-in nappy is made using 2 1/2 plastic bottles, so now when you choose to Pop-in you can divert plastic bottles from landfill as well as nappies!
If someone chooses to Pop-in full time they will be diverting a staggering 50 water bottles! Considering that globally we throw away more than a million plastic bottles a minute that’s no small thing!
Recycling in this way will not only keep plastic out of landfill, it also greatly reduces the greenhouse gas and carbon emissions impact and requires less overall energy to produce the new product too.
The first products we are launching with the new RPET material are our Pop-in Nappy boxes in new on-trend bright and pastel colours which are available from 3rd February. The most colourful way to start your Pop-in journey, who says sustainable has to be boring?
